Unless your order contains products with a specified “Ships on” date it will ship within 1 business day.
Orders containing products with a specified “Ships on” date will be issued a tracking number. Your tracking WILL NOT update until 24 hours after the agreed upon “Ships on” date. Do not email customer service inquiring on the whereabouts of your order until then.
If your order has shipped and the carrier has received your order there is NOTHING we can do about possible delays. You must contact the carrier to receive updates outside of traditional tracking. We see exactly what you see when tracking a package.
